Job Title: VIP Coordinator

Who You Are:
You are energetic, collaborative, have strong communication, and love fashion. You are curious, thrive in a rapidly changing environment, and have celebrity/influencer relations experience within the luxury sector.
What You’ll Do:
- Strengthening existing industry relationships and forging new ones with key fashion assistants and market editors.
- Managing a high organizational standard among all sample collections, overseeing record-keeping and conducting quarterly reporting for all inventory.
- Overseeing the record-keeping and acting as a liaison between Versace and our internal and external logistics partners in order to ensure that timely shipping and deliveries to/from publications, international offices, and local messengers.
- Managing Film and Talent Research by staying up to date on Film Festivals and premieres and Key Award shows. Keeping an active pulse on emerging talent and creating a record of their trajectory in their career
- Wire and Instagram Celebrity Image Monitoring by searching photo websites and Instagram for celebrity posts and placements.
- Reporting of all press coverage and overseeing credit requests
- Maintaining calendar and celebrity information. Responsible for updating key events domestically and globally, celebrity measurements, and birthdays.
- Administrative responsibilities that include invoice tracking, ordering, maintaining office supplies, and keeping office samples organized for stylist appointments.
- Partner with the PR & Communications team by supporting the development and execution of all brand events and fashion shows and communicating updates to Milan HQ in a timely fashion.
You’ll need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in marketing or communications.
- 1-2 years of work experience in celebrity relations within the fashion/luxury goods sector.
- Comprehensive understanding of the media landscape, including relevant print publications, social media trends, influencers, etc.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and working knowledge of Fashion GPS and other PR tools.
- Ability to work in the office 5 days a week.
