ABOUT THE POSITION:

In this role you will be hand-sourcing best-fit influencers and creative talent for brand partnerships. Ideally, you have significant experience working with influencers and talent agencies for sponsored content. This includes using a comprehensive approach throughout the processes of influencer curation, validation, negotiation, presentation, and securing commitment.

This is long-term opportunity - a remote role that will consist of 30+ hours per week. Must be available to collaborate with the full team via Slack during normal work hours.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

- Nurture relationships with talent agents and managers to recruit digital influencers that align with the voice/image of our clients and will organically resonate with their target audiences.

- Manage and organize the talent databases.

- Work with in-house designers to create presentation/pitch materials as needed for internal and external presentations.

- Support the Sales and Strategy teams in the pricing, packaging and execution of influencer projects.

- Help manage the negotiation and contract execution requirements for selected influencers.

- Participate in brainstorm sessions, strategy pitches, and client meetings.

WHAT YOU BRING:

- Impeccable taste. The talent you source is an extension and representation of our agency and the brands we represent.

- Significant experience with outreach and contracting of Nano, Micro, Mid-Tier, Macro, Mega and Celebrity tier influencers.

- 4 to 6 years influencer marketing experience, specifically pricing and packaging from the agency side (including content usage rights and exclusivity requests).

- Fluent in all things social media. You can navigate Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, TikTok, Twitter and beyond at an expert level.

- Master negotiator. You don’t back down from a challenge.

- Strong industry / influencer / agency contacts and relationships.

- You are a true self starter and feel comfortable working autonomously.

- Excellent time management skills and ability to work collaboratively.

- Bonus if you have experience working with HypeAuditor and/or Tagger platforms.
