Position Summary

Super Star Car Wash is looking for a dynamic and inspirational leader to develop best-in-class marketing strategies and oversee daily marketing operations. This key role will build and lead the in-house marketing team that oversees digital marketing, creative, website, mobile app, PR, media buying and fundraising.

Essential Duties/Tasks/Responsibilities

• Develop exciting marketing strategies and campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer retention as measured by traffic, sales, and customer lifetime value.
• Ensures Brand values and differentiators are reflected in marketing campaigns and promotions.
• Understand target marketing and analyze market research to identify and recommend effective marketing approaches and develop high-performing campaigns.
• Develop marketing plans to expand into new markets and reach new relevant audience segments.
• Collaborate with executive leadership on the development and launch of a loyalty program.
• Prioritize initiatives for marketing team to deliver the most impact given resources and budget.
• Oversee marketing planning operations including resource and project management, budgeting, requirements briefing, creative development, production, and delivery of all assets.
• Set marketing channel and campaign performance goals and monitor KPIs. Report on effectiveness, marketing spend and ROI.
• Direct and implement all advertising and promotional activities.
• Direct the design and maintenance of the Company website and mobile app
• Direct the online merchandising and promotional strategy across digital channels, including paid ads, social media, email and SMS.
• Direct production, coordination, and delivery of digital ads throughout various media outlets.
• Direct production, coordination, and delivery of retail signage, print and collateral.
• Direct database marketing approach for direct mail campaigns.
• Direct the production of proposals and manages marketing vendor relationships
• Responsible for forecasting and managing the department’s operating budget.
• Maintain knowledge on emerging products and services and understand industry trends and takes action to address market opportunities, challenges, or obstacles.
• Collaborate with senior executives to develop growth plans for the organization
  

Supervisory

• Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains supervisory and management staff in the department.
• Oversees the daily workflow of the department.
• Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.
• Handles discipline and termination of employees and in accordance with company policy.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required or equivalent work experience
• 3-5 years of experience leading a marketing team, with a special focus on digital including e-com, social, search, digital advertising, CRM, and web analytics
• Knowledge of the principles of integrated digital marketing
• Understanding of social media channels and influencer marketing
• Proficiency in Microsoft office
• Experience with Google analytics and other web analytics tools
• This role will be an in-office position located in Phoenix
• Car Wash industry experience not required, however multi-unit retail/consumer goods experience is needed

Requires the ability to interact with others, interpret spoken messages and utilize reason to resolve complex problems. Requires keyboarding, hearing and talking, frequent sitting and some walking, and occasional bending at the waist, twisting of the upper body, kneeling, being mobile on uneven surfaces, squeezing and crouching. Requires frequent lifting and carrying of 1-10 pounds.
