Brand Marketing Managers are responsible for the strategic development of corporate branding campaigns and initiatives and ensuring marketing campaigns are engaging, results driven, on brand and on time. They partner across functions to ensure messages and visuals across all touchpoints ladder up to our brand strategy and adhere to the brand expression system. They host and lead regular team meetings to review planning and status of corporate campaigns and report back to senior team leaders. Brand Marketing Managers monitor branding campaigns' performance and actively diagnose and creatively solve gaps to ensure brand growth.

What You'll Do

  • Responsible for strategic development and execution of corporate, multi-channel branding campaigns and initiatives, and ensuring marketing campaigns are engaging, results-driven, on brand and on time
  • Drive collaboration for campaigns with Creative, Comms, Demand, Web and regional teams for local adoption
  • Assist with brand market research to gain a better understanding of the target audience's brand perception
  • Manage a variety of activities and programs to support Emburse strategy and progression
  • Compose inspiring and innovative creative and research briefs
  • Help maintain brand integrity across all company marketing initiatives and communications
  • Monitor branding campaigns' performance and actively diagnose and creatively solve gaps to ensure brand growth
  • Act as a liaison between agencies and peers
  • Regularly report on brand metrics and present actionable plans based on findings
  • Demonstrate an understanding of marketing and sales funnels and how different tactics and channels drive impact across the entirety of a prospect and customer journey

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years in brand marketing, or in a similar role, in B2B/SaaS industry is required
  • Ability to strategically plan and execute integrated corporate branding campaigns
  • Big picture, creative thinker and storyteller who is passionate about branding and delivering the best brand experiences
  • Excellent verbal and written communication presentation skills
  • High-level knowledge of corporate branding strategies for social, influencer, experiential, and more that convert and build both audiences and brand loyalty
  • Flexible, positive attitude and ability to self-manage and handle multiple brands at once
  • Bachelor's degree required; degree in Marketing or related field preferred
