Influencer Marketing Manager
Grow our micro and macro Influencer network across multiple channels
• Develop and execute company Influencer marketing strategy
• Maintain department reporting and KPIs
• Manage brokered Influencer partnerships
• Archive all Influencer content (posts, stories, YouTube videos, etc.)
• Grow and manage our internal influencer marketing team
Existing book of business and influencer relationships
• Experience with direct-to-consumer supplement and skincare products
• Experience with negotiating and brokering Influencer contracts
Qualifications
- 3-4 years of experience creating and executing Influencer strategies (including content creation) and managing Influencer pages.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, or equivalent work experience.
- Strong communication skills.
- Analytical with experience in competitive analysis.
- Experience with Influencer management tools, such as Sprout Social.
- Basic knowledge of Photoshop.
- Relevant experience determining a target audience and crafting unique marketing campaigns to capture their attention.
- Ability to work collaboratively across an organization with employees at all levels.
- Ability to perform under tight deadlines.
- Highly organized with great attention to detail, able to manage multiple projects at once.
- Prior knowledge of Affiliate Marketing and e-Commerce is a valuable asset.
- Prior media buying experience is a valuable asset.

HOURS:
9 am-5 pm Eastern Standard / New York City time zone. Hours are semi-flexible.

PAY:
$60,000 Base Plus Commission
Work Location: Fully Remote
This role reports directly to the Director of Marketing.
