What You'll Do:

The influencer Marketing Manager will be a key player in building authentic and meaningful relationships for the MEATER brand within the social and influencer community. The ultimate goal is to promote and expand awareness of MEATER. You will help guide the strategy and development of influencer and partnership programs as well as campaign integrations. You will have full autonomy within the company to mould our strategies and people to achieve our exciting goals.

How You'll Help Us Succeed

  • Ideate, identify and develop outstanding culture marketing opportunities across the product portfolio and brand moments whilst leading initiatives and project teams across channels, and functions
  • Increase brand visibility and engagement through influencer partnerships, seeding product, and building meaningful relationships with content creators
  • Oversee strategies for building awareness with micro-influencers in areas that have strong alignment with the MEATER brand e.g., outdoors, music, bbq.
  • Bring forward partnership ideas for social, events, media or other areas where MEATER can continue to build a presence within our key segments
  • Partner with Digital Marketing and analytics colleagues to uncover and demonstrate relevant insights to inform key strategies, opportunities, and results
  • Ensure creativity while defining campaign integration, scheduling, and reporting
  • Process product orders ensuring that partners can be aligned with product rollouts and ready for campaign initiatives
  • Communicate frequently with active partners ensuring that they are informed of key campaigns, and other initiatives
  • Help coordinate brand initiatives, including submission of creative requests and alignment with stakeholders
  • Identify and devise a targeting strategy for social media Influencers & Creators to activate specific to each event, opportunity, or activation (i.e. office visits, junkets, premieres, mailers, etc)
  • Lead the Social Media team to optimize and maximize influencer content, You will walk the fine line between leading and managing whilst driving your team in the execution.
  • Establish and identify external partners for collaboration, use and extend existing key partnerships to enhance culture marketing work
  • Help delegate incoming inquiries for joining MEATER social programs, ensuring that all inquiries get timely responses
  • Ensure Influencer CRM and reporting tools are maintained by the team.
  • Keep up on knowledge of trends, emerging platforms, and new technologies in the social and influencer marketing space.

What You'll Need To Succeed:

  • Excellent knowledge of social media platforms and their users (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Tiktok, Pinterest, Reddit, YouTube, etc.)
  • Superb verbal, written and presentation skills to communicate effectively, and on-brand, with consumers, in-house stakeholders and outside partners
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Savvy and knowledgeable about current influencer marketing trends and innovations
  • Highly creative, strategic thinker with ability to develop fresh, executable ideas that support internal initiatives
  • Demonstrated leadership capability, including ability to empower and mentor others within a work group, and manage key internal partners
  • Passion for food and technology and an awareness of how these intersect in our space
  • Ability to lead and manage multiple projects concurrently, strong organizational skills
  • An independent work ethic and drive and know when to escalate to higher-ups
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, both oral and written
