Social Media & Influencer Marketing Assistant
Fleur du Mal, a luxury lingerie, ready-to-wear and swim brand based in New York City, is looking for a full-time Senior Digital Graphic Designer to own and execute all aspects of digital graphic design for the Fleur du Mal brand.
We're looking for a proactive individual to join the Fleur du Mal Marketing team. As the Social Media & Influencer Marketing Assistant, you will work across all of our social media channels to grow brand awareness and our influencer partnership programs. You will work across brand launches, collaborations, special projects, and both organic and paid partnerships. This role reports to our Social Media and Influencer Relations Manager and will work closely with our Creative, Content, PR, and Digital Marketing teams. This is an entry-level job.
Job Responsibilities include:
- Lead Community Management & Customer Service of all social channels
- Assisting in planning & creating both in house and partnership content for social channels including IG & Tik Tok
- Work closely with the Influencer team to seed new talent to optimize engagement and ensure deliverables are aligned and submitted
- Research and understand Influencer success to identify opportunities in building out Fleur du Mal's Ambassador Program
- Assist in tracking influencer activations
- Work with team in creating orders & sending out to influencers
- Contribute to building out and keeping Pinterest up to date
- Propose new ideas for social media content
- Help create creative briefs for social campaigns on a monthly basis
- Attend any and all influencer events that are needed to capture organic content
- Stay on top of social media trends and trending influencers
- Weekly/Monthly reporting on social media performance
- Support miscellaneous tasks for the Marketing Team
Skills/Knowledge
- Prior experience in social media and community management
- Strong knowledge of platforms including, but not limited to FB, IG, Pinterest, Tik Tok
- Creative & a team player
- Strong communication skills
- High organizational skills
- Knowledge and interest in influencer marketing
- Interest in fashion, specifically lingerie, pop culture, and social media
