Girls With Impact is the nation’s only live, online business program for young women 14-24. As we launch “NextGen Denver 10K”, we’re looking for an energetic manager to drive our marketing & recruitment in the greater Denver region.

Girls With Impact is a 501c3 non-profit organization.

Location: Denver Metropolitan Region (remote office)

Status: Full time

Start: Immediate

Compensation: $45,000/year to start

  • About the role:

    This person will focus on recruitment of:

    • Girls ages 14-18 – In high school. This includes parent groups such as PTAs, the schools/school district and community organizations.
    • Young women ages 18-24 – These women are out of school. Recruitment would include key influencers, key community organizations (e.g., YWCA) and city/town divisions.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead and manage marketing & recruitment in Denver and surrounding areas
    • Engage with schools/school districts, key community organizations, local government, and PTAs
    • Develop local digital marketing campaigns and influencer partnerships
    • Engage local media for coverage

    Qualifications:

    • College degree in communications, marketing or business; MBA preferred
    • 2+ years successful track record in community engagement, partnerships, marketing and/or digital content
    • A marketing mindset: one who enjoys the thrill of selling and generating results
    • Understanding of the community and business landscape in Denver
    • Excellent writing and creative skills
    • Strong knowledge of PowerPoint

    • Has excellent judgment and creative problem-solving skills.
    • Is self-managed, takes initiative and leads by example
    • Hard working, attention to detail, highly committed, and resourceful
