Position Summary

What You'll Do as the Brand Partnerships Coordinator will provide support to the Senior Leadership of SHEIN and SHEIN affiliated brand partnership team. To be successful in the role, you should have exceptional intellectual capability and resourcefulness, with excellent communication skills. You should also be professional, responsive and above all service driven. You should have an organizational flair, as well as a strong eye for detail. The Brand Partnerships Coordinator is a crucial player who goes the extra mile to drive the brand partnership business. You are a high-energy go-getter that will join our Brand Partnerships Team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to Manager, Senior Manager, and Director
  • Help expand SHEIN’s network of IP brand partnerships, charities, celebrities, influencers and strengthen relationships with existing contacts
  • Liaison and co-ordinate for brand IPs (intellectual property) and customers to ensure their experience is stellar.
  • Help out between charities and brand IPs to coordinate timelines and ensure marketing plan is executed
  • Help out between celebrity, influencer and VIP talent teams and internal team to manage projects through execution to ensure we stay on timeline and all deliverables are met.
  • Managing and developing brand IP, VIP, charity contact list
  • Help coordinate and prepare all necessary materials for strategy presentations, meetings, brand agendas for brand calls and end report recaps.
  • Help research on brands, charities and coordinate partnerships
  • Help coordinate and liaise between brand IP to ensure agreements, invoices, donations and marketing plan is executed
  • Support in administrative tasks as needed by sr. leadership executing agreements, invoicing, expense reports, recap reports, royalty reports, etc.
  • Contributing to team brainstorms, suggesting other methods of creative brand engagement
  • Ensure that key milestones and projects are on track, within prescribed timelines and budgets.
  • Proactively research and stay up to date on upcoming talent, movie premieres, festivals, special events, etc in order to consistently present new ideas for client strategies
  • Research and present opportunities for increasing product visibility amongst core demographic, through brand partners, stylists, manager, publicist, celebrity assistants, etc.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferably in journalism, marketing, communications or some related field.
  • 1-3 years experience required
  • Bilingual in Mandarin required; proficient in Mandarin reading, writing and speaking.
  • Knowledge of the fashion and pop culture space
  • Strong relationships celebrities, influencers and stylists
  • Love networking, going out, and meeting people
  • High energy, positive attitude
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to communicate effectively via written and verbal reports
  • Time management skills and ability to multitask.
  • The ability to work well in a team environment
  • Strong problem solving skills and the ability to work in a quick, fast paced environment
  • Detail oriented and organized
  • Ability to think creatively and help contribute to client event strategies
