DESCRIPTION

The Amazon Fashion Marketing & Branding team (amazon.com/fashion) is responsible for creating breakthrough marketing strategies and content to reach and resonate with today’s audience. We aspire to meet customers wherever they may be—on social media, on their phones and devices, across the site, in their inboxes—and provide easy ingresses to the site via beautiful, inclusive, inspiring, and innovative content. We believe in people-first storytelling, including highlighting real customers and communities and celebrating what they’re wearing now. Our ultimate objective is to help customers feel like their best selves by making getting dressed that much easier. Each day feels a little bit different on this team, as we produce and promote content for an exciting array of brands, products, experiences, and features. In addition to highlighting new arrivals, rising-star brands, and trending and most-loved product, we also accelerate the convenience of shopping for fashion by introducing customers to Prime Try Before You Buy (6 free items for 7 days), Personal Shopper, Luxury Stores, The Drop, virtual try-on experiences, the latest in sustainability, custom Made for You T-shirts, and beyond. We challenge ourselves to produce bar-raising, engaging, and creative content – but above all else, we want to (1) make shopping fun and (2) tell stories we can be proud of.

We’re a team of 55+, including product marketers, brand marketers, marketing strategists, customer insights leaders, creative directors, art directors, producers, visual designers, copywriters, stylists, fashion/content editors, channel leads (tiktok, twitch, instagram, email, ads, etc.), and beyond, sitting in NYC, Seattle, Santa Monica (and lots of virtual locations!). Our team is filled with a wide range of personalities and backgrounds, including experts in video, influencer strategy, consumer behavior, large-scale 360-marketing campaigns, branding, merchandising, styling, and beyond who have come from backgrounds in retail, tech, print media, digital media, academia, and agency work. Above all else, our team culture is built around an environment of learning, experimentation, and inventing on behalf of the customer. Many of our team members have been in the org for 5-10+ years, and we pride ourselves on creating an organization where marketers and creatives can build careers.
