Job Type: Full-time - United States (remote)
Job Description (but not limited to):
- Maintain current influencer relationships (150+ and growing!) as well as assist in identifying and growing new relationships in the salon professional industry with BTC’s internal Influencer Team.
- Identify creator talent and assess brand fit and connection with current beauty client roster.
- Lead new artist on-boarding, including setup of payment system, intro to creator portal connect, send-out of swag, etc.
- Utilize third-party tools like Traackr and Creator IQ for artist relationship management, content tracking and campaign reporting.
- Act as a face of behindthechair.com and The BTC Team Agency at industry and client events across the country and provide support to internal team members on-site at events when necessary.
- Coordinate product shipments, deliveries and send-outs worldwide and communicate with artists from start to finish.
- Work with Influencer Team/Advertising Team to successfully hit deadlines on gifting and campaign launches.
- Salary Range: $40,000 - $44,000

- Ability (and desire) to travel - at LEAST twice a year, but available upon interest and success.

- STRONG time management skills and exceptional punctuality.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Interest in beauty, hair and fashion is important.
