About the role – Marketing & Social Media Manager

We are looking for an experienced marketer, who is savvy with social media. This person will play a critical role in building out and managing our brands and communities on existing and new platforms. You will:

· Develop a marketing and social strategy for our platforms

· Build and actively manage communities for Blueberry’s audience across multiple social media platforms

· Create original content and digital marketing campaigns for the Blueberry audience

· Be a “project lead” for specific design / partner / influencer collaborations, which could involve managing community around live events

· Help create brand standards, and ensure that they are met across all digital platforms

· Generate audience insights based off engagement behavior and customer demographics

The ideal candidate –

· Prior marketing experience with a brand or family of brands

· Prior experience as a social media lead or community manager

· Experience with digital-first brands in the fashion/apparel, gaming or web3 space preferred

· Operational leader, with exceptional ability to analyze, prioritize, plan, communicate, and execute effectively

· Comfortable leading operations for a partially distributed/remote team

· Flexible and fast-paced mindset to thrive in a start-up environment

· Blueberry has a preference but not a requirement for applicants interested in working in the Raleigh, NC area

Compensation

Full-time position with a competitive salary and equity compensation package.
