The Job
This role will lead Epic's brand strategy and brand marketing channels including, social media, influencer marketing, brand content marketing, PR & communications, paid media. This leader will manage, mentor and guide a team of passionate channel experts, including the in-house creative team.
What You Will Be Doing
- The keeper of the Epic brand: Lead and shepherd the Epic brand; partnering with the global team to solidify Epic's role in the Byju's family of brands
- Partner with Growth Marketing leaders and other cross-functional leads to build successful full-funnel campaigns furthering Epic's awareness and
- Partner with internal and external creative partners to conceptualize, develop and execute high-level brand awareness and full-funnel campaigns
- Ensure a unified brand platform across all consumer-facing channels
- Build, launch, and evolve multiple new consumer brands each year, including creating brand strategies that are driven by deep consumer understanding and insight and aligned with business goals and strategies
- Partner with GM and research team to establish brand values and brand metrics, have a strong point of view
- Partner with the creative and editorial content team to ensure a clear and effective brand POV through consistent messaging and visuals
What you should have:
- Collaborative, creative team player; excels at building relationships with stakeholders and partners
- Ability to juggle shifting priorities, including project management, and flagging risks to project timelines to leadership.
- 15+ years of experience in a combination of Communications, Brand Marketing or Brand Strategy at direct-to-consumer brands
- Ability to identify and translate brand objectives into 360-degree plans
- Experience with measuring campaign impact on business goals and KPIs
- Outcome driven and results oriented with proven leadership skills
- In-depth knowledge of brand marketing including media strategy, customer segmentation
- Superior written and oral communication skills as well as excellent presentation skills
- Strong knowledge of market trends and fluency with brand measurement metrics
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
