Talent Manager (Part Time)

Looking for an ambitious, passionate and super-organised part-time talent manager (or assistant/ co-ordinator) level to join our fast-growing agency.

Currently looking for 2 days a week (preferably split across 4 days), but opportunity for growth for the right person.

Duties include:

  • Managing a roster of your own home and DIY influencers - take responsibility for them and their brand deals
  • Bringing in new brand collaborations - active outreach and pitching to brands
  • Keeping abreast of other influencer campaigns/ brands that are paying rival influencers and approaching these brands
  • Communicating with the wider team and liaising with other talent managers and pitch their talent too
  • Manage incoming deals end to end - from handling negotiations, sorting assignment briefs and contracts, as well as the approval process
  • Upselling where necessary
  • Weekly meetings with talent to chat through any issues/ desires - dream brands etc, upcoming collaborations, diary management etc
  • Occasional other admin duties and supporting the wider team

Person specification:

  • Ambitious
  • Driven/ self-starter - remote role means we need to be able to rely on you to self-motivate and be proactive
  • Organised - involves spinning lots of plates and you’ll need to be abreast of approval dates/ deadlines and live dates and reminding influencers of that
  • Conscientious/ self starter - a desire to want to onboard more talent and keen to work on an additional commission structure
  • Sales-driven - always trying to upsell - e.g. bolt-on stories, can we make it a longer-term campaign? Can we make it a monthly retainer? Able to be proactive in thinking about these further opportunities
  • Hard-working
  • Polite and articulate
  • Personable
  • Forthcoming - happy to chase on emails, whilst remaining polite and remembering you’re representing the entire agency
  • Previous experience in influencer marketing preferred but not essential
  • Knowledge around social media and Instagram is a must
