Junior Social Media Manager

RiseWell, an all natural oral care company committed to bringing clean, safe and effective products to people of every age, is seeking a Junior Social Media Manager to help bring on new dental accounts and social media influencers to connect them with our brand. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree and is highly organized and detail-oriented, a strong communicator and enthusiastic about all things social media.

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate an understanding of the social media landscape and how to use social channels and influencers to drive brand awareness and engagement.
• In partnership with Marketing Director, collaborate on strategy for influencer program across macro, micro and nano, to strengthen awareness and affinity for the RiseWell brand.
• Build strong relationships with influencers and dental community through engagement on their social content and timely responses when they promote RiseWell.
• Identify new influencers within dental and health and wellness to grow influencer base.
• Monitor all company social pages and forward relevant comments and DMs to the Marketing Director.
• Communicate with influencers, followers and leads, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews.
• Identify real-time engagement opportunities discovered via social listening and make impactful recommendations.
• Monitor results of social campaigns and provide weekly updates.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Understanding and interest of social media platforms and their target audiences/capabilities
• An ability to think creatively in how to identify and target new influencers
