Marketing Manager - Organic + Influencer

What You’ll Do:
As a Marketing Manager - Influencer + Affiliate, you will own the execution of all efforts related to influencer and affiliate marketing for a portfolio of brands. In this role, you will be critical to our team’s and clients’ success.
We are looking for teammates who are self-starters, analytical, and action-oriented contributors. Marketing Managers at Baotris work within our team of marketing specialists, engineers, and strategy experts to implement data-driven strategies via our proprietary playbook.
A project manager of sorts, our Marketing Managers wear many hats such as problem solver, business analyst, and marketing strategist to ensure client success. We’re looking for someone who can take the data from teammates' research and campaign results and turn it into successful organic and influencer/ affiliate experiments.
This person should be an advocate for their brands and work closely with the internal and external teams to ensure projects are pushing forward with the desired outcomes, and when they’re not - jumping in and grabbing the right people to figure out how to fix the issues.

- Organic + Influencer/ Affiliate Point of Contact for 3-5 current e-commerce clients
- Provide Influencer and Affiliate audit and strategy to prospective clients
- Onboard new clients to tools and systems
- Own the relationship with the brand for Organic + Influencer/Affiliate marketing including producing a bi-weekly report to share campaign results and updates with clients and being their first point of contact for advice
Run Influencer and Affiliate Programs including:
- communications and negotiation
- manage client budgets
- source and recruit influencers
- build campaigns
- process influencer transactions (payments, etc)
- analyze campaign performance as well as data from brand’s other marketing campaigns to craft future campaigns and experiments

- A great relationship with clients where they trust your opinion and guidance and look to you as a sounding board for strategy for all Organic or Influencer/ Affiliate related Marketing
- A great relationship with influencers and affiliates where the relationship is mutually beneficial to both parties involved
- Proactively actioning on behalf of clients to ensure the best outcomes possible
- Collaborating with the core team to develop needed tools and processes based on data and feedback from clients
- Consistent growth within role and contributions to team/company growth

Required Experience:
- At least 2 Years Marketing Experience
- At least 2 Years Project Management Experience
- Data-oriented and analytical
- In-depth knowledge of social media channels and trends
- Self-starter who can work through ambiguity to analyze and prioritize incoming asks
- Genuine interest in the success of our customers
- Great communication skills
- Very detail oriented
- Great at (and enjoys) networking and working with others
- Desire to grow
Preferred Experience:
You don’t need all of these but this should give you an idea of who we’re looking for
- Influencer Marketing Experience
- Familiarity with GRIN (Platform for Influencer Marketing) OR a willingness and ability to learn
- Strong Writing Proficiency
- Past startup and corporate experience
- Previous ecommerce experience

- Survey: We will send you a Google Form with Screener Questions to Fill Out
- Phone Screener with Hiring Manager (30 minutes)
- 2-3 Interviews with Team Members (30 minutes each)
- Project with Presentation to the Team including Q+A (30 minutes, project should not take more than 1 hour to complete)
