We are looking for a talented, organized, and energetic Studio Operations Coordinator to support our live e-commerce broadcasts. This role will support all day-to-day operations of our livestream studio and work directly with the broadcast live streaming hosts in McKinney, TX. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for e-commerce.

Essential Functions:

  • Handle the day-to-day operations in our studio
  • Shoot short videos and post in Social Media accounts based on requirements
  • Coordinate with livestream hosts and manage their hourly schedules
  • Support and maintain production schedules
  • Operate and maintain live streaming equipment (cameras, iPads, lights, microphones)
  • Track performance, create regular reports based upon broadcast metrics.

Requirements

  • Minimum 0-1 year experience in social media preferred, but not required
  • Knowledge of livestream platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and Youtube is a plus
  • Good teamwork and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, clear communicator
  • Fluency in Mandarin Chinese is a plus
