Senior Influencer Marketing Manager:

Our client, a fast-growing digital platform for Christian values, is looking for a Senior Influencer Marketing Manager, to help build a brand new Influencer division, serving multiple languages and markets. As their first and only Senior Influencer Marketing Manager you will be a decision maker and leader. You will be a natural relationship builder and will bring enthusiasm, creativity and structure to this role. This position will report to their Global Head of Marketing and will be based remotely in Los Angeles, CA.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish, scale and optimize influencer marketing practice across Brazil, LatAm and EN Markets.
  • Build a team consisting of outsourced and in-house talent, to create a world class influencer marketing division.
  • Create and lead a team that is able to keep updated on key Christian nano, micro, mid, macro and mega influencers
  • across a range of categories and markets.
  • Evaluate and consult on each stage of the process including discovery, outreach, negotiation, briefing, reporting and
  • long-term relationship management.
  • Develop and optimize the influencer marketing roadmap in line with the company objectives and needs.
  • Coordination of marketing campaigns that activate influencers.
  • Have ownership over budgets, creator relationships and performance, working towards ambitious targets.

Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in Influencer campaign management experience for a brand, agency or platform
  • An in depth understanding of the role of influencers across both the paid and affiliate channel, to drive brand engagement as well as influencer driven engagement
  • A deep understanding of the Christian demographic
  • Experience with 3rd Party platforms
  • In-depth knowledge of both current and emerging global social platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, Snap, Linkedin, Facebook and TikTok
  • Understanding of tools in different markets to support influencer marketing efforts
  • Strong analytical skills: You are comfortable working with large quantities of data and gleaning key insights
  • Being a team player, having a positive attitude and a strong work ethic are crucial for this role.
  • Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) and the confidence to deliver information/ communicate effectively in difficult situations.
  • Ability to lead, manage and influence others (even when not in your direct line of management)
  • Phenomenal organizational skills
  • Experience working within a high-growth startup environment will be of great benefit
  • Degree level qualification desired (or equivalent)
