In February of 2022, Crocs, Inc. acquired HEYDUDE , a casual footwear brand with very high growth and profit. This acquisition not only adds an outstanding brand to the Crocs portfolio, but will provide a wealth of opportunity for collaboration, career growth, and best practice sharing across the two brands.

We’re seeking Manager, Social Media with a deep passion for content and community to lead our social media strategy and implementation. This person is a digital native, exhibiting superb creative judgement and a strong POV on social media marketing. They know the ins and outs of all of the major social platforms and are overflowing with ideas for ways the brand can punch through the noise. This person knows the latest trends, memes, pop culture milestones and, most importantly, exhibits the judgement to know how or even if HEYDUDE should use these moments.

This collaborator role offers a hybrid work environment: ~3 days a week in our MA office!

What You’ll Do

  • Builds and leads the brand’s organic social media and content strategy
  • Develops a comprehensive social media plan and calendar that support strategic brand objectives and seasonal campaigns
  • Coordinates with internal and external partners to build, curate and manage publishing of relevant, original and high-quality content that can be leveraged across social and other digital platforms
  • Continual measurement and analysis of social media efficiency including ROI to guide delivery of actionable optimization recommendations to improve performance and drive growth
  • Harvests social listening to share consumer insights with the team
  • Constantly monitoring and maintaining a deep understanding of social media trends, capabilities, shifts in algorithms, and emerging platforms
  • Leverages social analysis to provide direction/feedback on social content to Creative team for marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborates with Partnership Marketing on influencer strategy, and guides the implementation of it across social
  • Partners closely with Brand Marketing and eCommerce to ensure alignment of storytelling, and support of key objectives
  • Coaches and develops a world class team, encouraging a culture where everyone is welcome and seen, failing fast and forward is applauded, collaboration is loved, and, last but not least, everyone is sharing a ton of fun and laughter in the midst of working hard for each other and this brand

Qualifications

  • Intricate and extensive knowledge of key global social platforms
  • Ability to jump from creative side of marketing to analytical side, able to demonstrate why their ideas are analytically sound
  • Proven ability to develop and manage cross-platform social activations that delivered positive material results including reach, engagement, follower growth, brand perception improvement, and sales.
  • Advanced analytical skills, ability to translate complex data into actionable strategy
  • Strong project management and cross-functional team leadership skills including organizational skills, project planning abilities, timeline management, results-orientation and interpersonal skills.
  • Agency management experience is a plus
  • Thrives in working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment both collaboratively and autonomously

Salary Range: $105,000 - $120,000
