Marketing Strategist
Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to influence the direction of community marketing initiatives supporting Intel's client computing division.
We're looking for an experienced marketing professional to help shape efforts to drive affinity and advocacy for Intel and its products and technologies.
As a Marketing Strategist for the Content and Product Advocacy team in Global Client Marketing, you will create and support high impact global marketing programs targeted at a technical community audience. This includes program creation and strategy, project management, budgeting, tactical execution, content development, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, and results tracking and reporting.
The successful candidate will also oversee a micro-influencer program underway in multiple regions, and they will help plot the expansion of challenges and competitions targeting post-secondary students within the technical community.
The successful candidate will be responsible, but not limited to:
- Collaborate with colleagues on marketing strategy and agency briefings.
- Work across HQ organizations and with regional teams to create and deliver marketing programs with global scale
- Work with marketing, business, and engineering teams to a devise an editorial and activation calendar to support key product and technology milestones.
- Be accountable for aligning this calendar with the team's content roadmap.
- Identify strategic influencer opportunities and drive engagement.
- Oversee lead agencies to produce compelling story briefs and a content mix designed to inform or inspire industry/technical community audiences, while assuring quality and adherence to Intel policy and guidelines.
- Coordinate related social media content development and execution.
- Track progress and report results to stakeholders in a way that's visually interesting.
- Manage budgets for agency and other vendor execution.
A Successful Candidate Must Demonstrate
- Strong technical acumen and passion for PC client technologies
- Deep understanding of content mix across owned, paid and earned mediums, including social strategies and community platforms (i.e., Reddit).
- Meticulous project management and reporting skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and PowerPoint skills
- The ability to manage multiple programs with some ambiguity and ensure that stakeholders are brought along in the decision-making process.
- Innovative thinker with strong marketing instincts
Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This Position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree/ 4+ Years
- Experienced campaign/marketing strategist with 7+ years of experience and a proven track record in creating authentic content and programs.
- 4+ years of experience driving results with cross-functional teams, external partners and stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience with influencer programs.

Work Model for this Role
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
