Social Media & Influencer Marketing Specialist
EVE LOM is seeking a an organized, creative, and entrepreneurial Social Media & Influencer Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the execution and management of highly targeted, results-focused social media marketing campaigns, in addition to the ongoing content building and community management of EVE LOM’s growing social media following. This role will also drive the creation of our in-house best-in-class influencer marketing organization across all social platforms and channels.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media
- Lead and develop the brand’s organic social media content strategy, daily posting, and community management.
- Develop the social media plan and editorial calendar that supports marketing campaign and overall brand objectives.
- Manage high-quality social media content creation, publishing cadence, and identify key metrics to measure success. Leverage the platforms contracted to publish content as well as track ROI and results.
- Develop, implement, and manage an authentic influencer/affiliate marketing strategy (Paid and organic seeding).
- Create and implement a plan for community engagement and management to increase engagement.
- Measure and analyze social media KPIs to optimize strategy and tactics as necessary to improve performance, ROI, and drive brand awareness.
Influencer Marketing
- Develop and manage end-to-end influencer campaigns including sourcing talent, negotiating rates, managing contract development, influencer relations, and reporting.
- Ensure we have sustained growth in the influencer program, taking an extremely proactive approach with identifying new individuals to work with that can drive brand KPIs.
- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager to strengthen and grow a best-in-class paid ad strategy via influencer content.
- Manage project briefs, contracts, product distribution, and influencer deliverables, ensuring budget and timelines are maintained.
About You
We are looking for candidate who is detail-oriented and comfortable working on all areas of social media, influencers and digital marketing to execute successful campaigns:
- 2+ years Social Media Marketing/Influencer marketing experience, preferably with a DTC brand and within the beauty or CPG industry.
- Strong passion for building relationships, cultivating community, and representing the brand in an authentic and elevated manner with influencers.
- Deep, professional experience with social media channels including Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Tik Tok, and LinkedIn.
- Strategic, creative, and entrepreneurial skillset/personality.
- Extremely strong written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrable attention to detail.
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills.
- Understanding and awareness of current and emerging social media platforms & influencer trends.
- Creative and a problem-solver, who is self-motivated, results-driven, and resourceful with a positive, can-do attitude
- Hand-on experience using image editing tools (Adobe CS).
- Intermediate+ proficiency using standard office software applications: Office, G-Suite, etc.
