Social Media & Influencer Marketing Manager contributes to BabyBjorn North America Team’s mission by ideating and executing social media and influencer marketing campaigns in line with the North America and Global Commercial Plans.
Responsibilities:
Social Media & Influencer Marketing Manager has the following responsibilities and duties:
- Manage all North America BabyBjorn organic social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc).
- Develop the organic content and campaign strategy for the North American social media channels in collaboration with North American and Global Marketing teams in order to meet company objectives.
- Oversee the community management for BabyBjorn North America.
- Manage budgets for influencer marketing programs and social media.
- Work with the marketing and sales teams to ensure influencer content is used cross functionally for social media, trade and additional ecommerce needs.
- Lead the North American influencer marketing strategy, working to optimize brand awareness and brand presence across channels via influencer relationships management. Create compelling influencer campaign concepts that drive traction.
- Assist in talent discovery. Build and maintain influencer relationships within various verticals for earned and paid executions.
- Manage the influencer contract process, overseeing or executing on contracts, negotiating terms, and ensuring deliverables from influencer partners.
- Manage creation of content with Influencer partners, securing usage. Craft influencer content briefs that reflect current trends and reflect brand messaging priorities. Review influencer content, providing edits and working with influencers to incorporate feedback.
- Be an expert on the latest social media and influencer trends and tools, providing recommendations. Monitor the competitive social landscape and market changes, and remain current on emerging industry and digital trends.
- Oversee PR programs, sharing press hits and PR wins with the internal teams and on social media.
- Track and measure ongoing campaign results. Generate monthly performance reports that track results and provide actionable insights. Provide end of campaign reporting for social media and influencer campaigns that provide analysis and actionable insights.
Requirements:
Social Media & Influencer Marketing Manager should have the following skills, education, and experience:
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in social media, influencer marketing, PR, and/or digital strategy
- Experience with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, etc
- Must have excellent organization skills, and managing multiple priorities is necessary.
- Have a strong attention to detail and ability to deliver creative feedback.
- Have an excitement for learning, are open to new experiences and challenges in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent at developing relationships.
- Is proficient in Excel, Word, and Powerpoint; able to track and report on results; have experience successfully tracking and managing a budget.
