Paid Search Campaign Manager

We help disruptive DTC/eCommerce brands accelerate business growth with data-driven, full-funnel, high-performance marketing. We have in-house creative, graphic design, influencer marketing, paid social, paid search and email/sms capabilities providing an integrated and streamlined growth team to maximize performance and efficiency for our client partners.

The Role:

We’re looking for a Google Campaign Manager to join our team based in Los Angeles, to develop and deliver innovative paid search and youtube marketing campaigns for our DTC/eCommerce clients.

The Task at Hand:

  • Strategize, execute, optimize and analyze google ads campaigns across brand/non brand Search, Shopping, Display, Remarketing and Youtube for eCommerce clients

  • Conduct keyword and competitor research, writing ad copy, establishing bidding strategies to meet and exceed client KPIs

  • Monitor pacing and performance across your clients accounts

  • Understand client goals, developing a 30-60-90 day strategy to execute against based on clear goals and KPIs

  • Use Google Ads, Google Analytics to develop insights and action items to improve google ads campaign performance

  • Proactively carry out meaningful A/B tests to drive performance & learnings

  • Conduct competitive analysis and stay informed on marketplace changes and how they could impact performance for paid media eCommerce clients

  • Eat, Sleep, Breathe digital performance marketing, staying on top of industry and consumer trends, to stay at the forefront of what’s possible - and testing those boundaries!

Requirements:

  • 2+ year experience managing Google Ads campaigns with proven ability to drive performance and account scaling.
  • Well versed in marketing & media principles/strategies across digital and search
  • Experience with Google Analytics & Shopify
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Strong data analytical skills
  • Experience planning and strategizing brands growth through paid search and track record of delivering ROI.
