We are looking for a global product operations manager- Creator Manager to join the TikTok for Business Creative Challenge team. Our mantra at TikTok for Business is “Don’t Make Ads, Make TikToks”. The Creative Challenge team aims to provide high quality, large scale ad creatives via creators.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to drive creator size growth, activeness, video ad capability, and long-term retention.
- Directly manage US-based TikTok creator communities to grow a sustainable creator ecosystem through scaled methodologies, including but not limited to analytical strategies, community engagement, owned events and campaigns, educational courses/trainings.
- Pay continuous attention to the demand and pain points of creators via in-depth interviews and surveys, carrying out insights and requests for product innovation and iteration.
- Be the face and voice of creators to internal teams, and work collaboratively with cross-functional partners across initiatives to refine the entire ad creative production procedure and working efficiency.

Qualifications

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Strong interest and understanding in the content community and creator operations field.
- Strong logical thinking capability, sensitive to data, good communication skills, great at solving complicated issues, objective-driven and self-motivated.
- Extensive experience in talent management or influencer marketing.
