The role
We are looking for an energetic, detail-oriented Marketing Manager to join our client-embedded team. You will be working closely with our client’s North America Gaming Partnerships team, driving awareness, engagement, and adoption of their Gaming platform and its products among creators and developers. Ideally you have industry familiarity. You are knowledgeable and passionate about gaming and video streaming. The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated with a strong background in project or events management, who understands the intricacies of navigating matrix organizations.
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for supporting all aspects of B2B marketing. You will help plan, implement, run, and optimize education campaigns, including but not limited to marketing programs, virtual events, email and web marketing initiatives, case studies, live shows, and educational marketing collateral. This position is fast-paced, and a working style that thrives under pressure will be a source of motivation and inspiration.
What You’ll Do
- Support North America marketing programs, including in-person and virtual events, content campaigns focused on gaming developers, and content creators in the region
- Manage complete processes from planning to execution, demonstrating exceptional project and stakeholder management skills
- Collaborate and build relationships with cross-functional partners including creative, marketing, engineering, analytics, product, and external agencies
- Collaborate with other regions to manage localization of marketing content and collaterals by coordinating across internal reviewers and external agencies
- Create and execute full-cycle integrated digital marketing campaigns, and drive optimization and specific product adoption among gaming developer audiences
- Use analytical skills to evaluate and refine end-to-end customer experience largely for events (IRL, hybrid, and virtual)
- Synthesize learnings into actionable insights to shape plans and report best practices with cross-functional teams
- Ensure that all external campaigns and collateral is approved from a legal, brand, and design perspective
What You’ll Bring
- 3+ years experience in project or events management
- Strong project management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects through various stages of completion
- Works well independently as well as collaboratively
- Willingness to "roll up sleeves" and pitch in
- Experience managing events (In-person, virtual, hybrid) including strategy and execution skills to shape and deploy campaigns
- Experience with problem solving and analytical skills, including developing hypotheses and synthesizing insights and recommendations
- Experience communicating recommendations to multiple stakeholders at once
- Ability to work cross-functionally and navigate a matrix organization successfully to deliver tasks within budget and on time
- Awareness to "read the room" while practicing assertiveness to task manage stakeholder and timelines
- Experience working with events metrics, i.e., survey best practices and data synthesis through survey data.
Bonus Qualifications
- BA/BS degree in business, marketing, economics, or related field
- Facebook Blueprint Digital Marketing Associate Certification or other relevant Facebook Blueprint Certification
- Gaming industry experience with knowledge of gaming influencer marketing

This is a full-time embedded position working 100% with our client's office. This position is remote until further notice, following COVID-19 recommended SIP guidelines.
