The Job

  • Manage and grow the various Formlabs social media profiles including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, and TikTok. In addition, be on the hunt for what's next.
  • Plan, create, coordinate and execute the content that is shared across all channels.
  • Develop activities to drive follower growth and engagement across social channels
  • Coordinate with the Creative and Content teams to source, concept, and develop social-specific assets to drive engagement and reflect the Formlabs brand
  • Expand social channels internationally and coordinate with Localization to keep the channels populated with content
  • Work on tactics for establishing a global social media presence
  • Handle inquiries on social channels ranging from questions in the comment sections to private messages.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to help address needs through social media.
  • Find new methods for using social media to increase traffic and influence revenue
  • Identify and engage with key influencers in the 3D printing industry
  • Set goals and report on results monthly

You

  • 3+ years of experience in a related role (including personal accounts)
  • Able to move fast
  • Creative and thoughtful
  • Experience with Google Analytics/Salesforce
  • Experience working across teams
  • Understanding of social media and accompanying software
  • A finger on the pulse of social media trends

Bonus skills:

  • Experience with scheduling software
