Influencer + Partnerships Manager
We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager to assist in the planning, execution and optimization of our influencer campaigns for our clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating influencer campaigns, and a passion for all things social media. This is a fully-remote, highly collaborative role which will work across key clients at the agency.

- Freelance Contractor
- Hourly Rate: $21 - 35 DOE
- Remote but EST Prefered
- To start: ASAP
- 1-3 years experience
Duties:
- Develop and manage end-to-end influencer campaigns including framing the campaign strategy, prospecting and curating talent, managing contract development, influencer relations and reporting on results.
- Build content strategies for influencer-created assets
- Track, monitor, and optimize influencer campaigns
- Build campaign reports with actionable insights for future partnerships
- Innovate and advocate for new ways to expand our influencer marketing initiatives
- Own direct relationships with top influencers and their talent managers
- Create social giveaway and brand partnerships strategies
Skills/Experience:
- Self Starter + Team Player
- Detail Oriented + Well Organized
- Experience with TikTok, Instagram, and Pinterest influencer partnerships – YouTube is a plus
- Versed in paid social boosting + whitelisting practices for influencer campaigns
- Flexibility & ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
- A strong communicator with a can-do, positive attitude and a strong desire to get things done.
