About The Role

As Senior Client Success Manager, you will manage, coordinate and execute on brand partnership opportunities to provide value to Twitch creators. You will work together with various departments to ensure our customers receive best in class support and manage all aspects of campaign execution, delivery and final reporting. The Senior Client Success Manager will play an integral role in maximum revenue recognition and renewed business. The ideal candidate will thrive in a start-up culture and look for new ways to create value for the business and team.

You Will

  • You will lead execution, management and quality control of all sponsor opportunities from sale to project completion, ensuring client satisfaction and meeting all timeline milestones
  • You will manage both domestic and global projects working closely with your counterparts in our other global offices
  • You will you hit each milestone deadline, ensure expectations are set and all deliverables are met to make certain the client’s vision is realized
  • You will oversee programming including 'influencer' promoted broadcasts, tournaments, contests and sweepstakes, custom interactive digital products and custom commercials
  • You will be accountable for client relationships after the program has sold through, ensuring a good experience for our customers
  • Process all Insertion Orders and work with Ad Operations to launch our Standard Media Offering
  • Provide clients with weekly reporting, delivery analysis and recommendations
  • Keep Sales apprised of all key issues, updated and relevant data throughout the campaign process
  • Expert of all Twitch products and exhibits a solid foundation of technical knowledge and site features
  • Provides recommendations for upsell opportunities to Sales Team

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of online media experience
  • Experience helping clients execute custom branded campaigns
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office: PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Experience with 3rd party ad servers (Google DCM, Innovid, Sizmek) and ad verification partners (IAS, DV, MOAT)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Excellent written, presentation and oral communication skills
  • Excellent collaboration skills
  • Able to proactively troubleshoot and problem solve quickly and though the proper escalation process
