Who We Seek:
We are looking for a leader to research, identify, and disseminate the validated creative best practices that lead to creator success (audience growth, audience retention, and monetization) and will include the development of collateral and scaled best practice adoption programs to empower our creators to grow on Centerfold and within the broaden PLBY Group ecosystem.
What You’ll Do:
- Help Creators earn by increasing scale and quality of efficient education and on-boarding resources
- Fulfill a need for more instructional content and reach creators where they are when they’re in a mindset to learn, co-creator with established Creators as teachers
- Define Creator Segmentations and ways in which we manage on-going engagement within each
- Build and manage a systematic and transparent (creator-facing) program to scale and redistribute benefits and grow the creator base while activating the full Playboy ecosystem via high-value perks and opportunities
What You’ll Bring:
- Experience in Business Development, Talent Acquisition, Corporate Development, Sales Account Management or related roles
- High-level expertise in negotiation and partnership construction including the legal aspects of negotiations.
- Knowledge of current and developing creator and entertainment industry trends, awareness of competitors, and new business opportunities.
- Demonstrated track record of helping drive a broad range of partnerships
- Experience in scaled acquisition programs, such as; Affiliate and Ambassador programs
- Experience within a platform, streaming service, agency, or entertainment-related company.
- In depth understanding of social media and influencer landscape.
- Exceptional written, oral, interpersonal, and presentation skills and the ability to effectively interface with senior management, and staff.
- Experience learning quickly about new industries and distil information into actionable insights for internal stakeholders.
