The placement is remote (home based), and due to limitations in our registration for employment, we are currently seeking only candidates resident in the states of Florida or Texas. Are you eager to grow as a marketer? Do you want to use your analytical and creative skills to digitalize the way beautiful kitchens and bathrooms are created? Then you might be the next key member of our marketing team. Reporting directly to our CMO, you are expected to be a driving force in core areas of marketing for the nationwide growth of the company.

You are going to continue the evolution of our online marketing strategy through pre-determined initiatives, working agilely with multiple external and internal partners. Flexibility is key as you will be driving new and current projects forward, promoting our products online. Analytical skills, creativity, and communicative skills are all important tools to succeed in this role.

As the role is focused on product marketing, a strong knowledge of cabinets will be a big benefit. Understanding why a customer would prefer HDF/MDF over particle board, and how they both compare to solid wood should genuinely interest you – or be a fun challenge to learn.

A core part of the role is media and partner outreach. Sales drive and initiative are meaningful aspects of your personality. The role includes creative work, marketing and analysis of online campaigns primarily on Google and social media. Thus, it is important that you are comfortable with using relevant platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads as a professional user.

Detail activities of the role include:

• Extensive outreach to organizations and media outlets to expand our exposure online.

• Building and driving affiliate marketing and influencer marketing programs and strategies.

• Researching growth initiatives within untapped channels/platforms and executing pilot projects where relevant.

• Copywriting and content creation – either crafting or commissioning creative assets necessary for various projects.

• Collaborating with other members of the marketing team to achieve cross-functional strategic objectives.

• Overseeing product availability and features, constantly seeking to improve how we communicate our selection.

Of course, you are well versed in the basics of the MS Office suite. Experience/knowledge in a design software such as Photoshop or Illustrator is a benefit. You are fluent in English in speech and writing.
