Role:

An Influencer Success Manager should be innovative, detail oriented, self-starting, and passionate about digital marketing and the startup environment. He/she is responsible for identifying the right influencers for programs while maintaining the health of our influencer base, and reports to the Director of Customer Success.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the Linqia Talent Partnerships Team to refine, own and execute against a set of data-backed best practices for influencer sourcing strategy and inventory analysis
  • Closely partner with client services teams to continually optimize and evolve our influencer marketing strategy and sourcing techniques based on client feedback
  • Partner with Creative Strategy and Sales Operations to advise on and recommend thoughtful influencer strategy and competitive pricing to deliver on client needs
  • Be an extension of the clients marketing strategy team, with an expert eye for matching nuanced influencer personas with clients' voice and true goals
  • Establish and grow a strong relationship with multiple senior Linqia stakeholders resulting in trusted partnership and solidified positioning within cross-functional plans/budgets
  • Execute wide-scale influencer inventory surveys to analyze creator attributes and stay abreast of the evolving ecosystem

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years client services or social media marketing experience and familiarity with or interest in the overall digital/social media landscape
  • Driven by delighting customers, customer satisfaction drives your work
  • Passion for the social media space and influencer. Enjoy learning new social media platforms
  • Entrepreneurial, self-motivator who isn't afraid to roll up your sleeves and solve problems, as well as determining your own deadlines, benchmarks, and goals
  • Proven track record of client and team success
  • Heavily people-oriented: effective relationship-building skills; ability to cultivate strong partnerships across functions to bring people together toward common goals and consensus
  • Strong and effective communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal; confidence in leading meetings and communication with Senior internal stakeholders
  • Bachelor's Degree required in a related field. Preferred Marketing focus.
