  • Talent and Influencer Arm: Strategy and activations ranging from celebrity partnerships and stunts to year long ambassadorships and campaign work across platforms and categories

We are seeking a social media savvy editor to join the Growth team in our fast-paced startup environment for a full time, three-month, fixed-term Audience Development Residency. The ideal candidate has experience working across multiple areas of Audience Development, with a strong focus on social media platforms. They will ideally have proven experience executing successful traffic and engagement-driving strategies for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and Twitter. You will be working remotely, with a view to potentially join the team in our NYC office when the climate allows.

Experience:

  • Entry level-1 year of work experience in an editorial or audience development role
  • Experience managing social media accounts
  • Strong copywriting skills
  • Knowledge of social success metrics and analytics
  • Experience with SEO or affiliate marketing is a bonus!

Responsibilities:

  • Facebook and Twitter strategy, community management and scheduling
  • Own content marketing partnership program
  • Curate, pitch, create and post daily social content for multiple accounts based on real time and seasonal trends
  • Monitor site traffic from Facebook and Twitter and suggest strategies to optimize performance
  • Work with the rest of the growth team to continually test different strategies and ideas on site and social
  • Develop and manage email acquisition campaigns, manage data for email traffic and assist with development of strategy for growth of email lists
  • Assist with SEO initiatives—including keyword research and content optimization—as needed
