The Opportunity
Are you an Influencer Marketing Manager with expertise in social and experiential spaces? Do you thrive in collaborative environments and have strong relationships with influencers? Would you consider yourself passionate about influencer marketing? If so, you could be a perfect fit for the Talent Strategist role currently available at Team Liquid.
In the Talent Strategist role, you will help lead and strategically plan Team Liquid’s Talent Management Department alongside the Sr. Director of Talent, working with our Sales & Partnerships team in creating concepts and opportunities for our premier athletes and influencers to act as brand advocates.
Your Day-to-day Responsibilities
- Work closely with our partner to create influencer programs and distribution strategies that align with their overall goals and objectives.
- Present briefs, campaign strategies, talent dossiers, and campaign results to internal teams and partner points of contact.
- Lead research and identification of talent and collaborate on relationship management of influencer roster.
- Establish, build and maintain deep-level relationships with new talent and key contacts within the influencer space.
- Collaborate on influencer briefs for internal teams, partners, and influencers and stay up to date on influencer trends and relevant personalities.
- Analyze campaigns to provide valuable insights and opportunities, including strategy development and KPI analytics.
- Review content from talent for campaigns to ensure strategic alignment and key performance indicator achievement.
- Collaborate on efficiently securing and managing influencers at small-to-large-scale events and ongoing content campaigns.
- Negotiate with new and existing talent, driving deals to execution.
Ideally, You Have
- 5+ years of experience in influencer strategy and execution with a focus on execution in the social and experiential spaces
- Proven ability to develop meaningful influencer relationships that result in authentic collaborations between talent and brand partners
- Proven ability to identify relevant influencers and conduct effective outreach
- Proven ability to professionally and effectively present to and communicate with clients
- Experience with paid social media in support of influencer campaigns
- Proven ability to shepherd the development of legal contracts with influencers
- Experience working with influencer and content management tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent in English
