Summary
- As a Sr. Marketing Manager, Demand Gen & ABM at Join, you will be responsible for designing and executing a demand generation strategy and pipeline to support a growing sales team and scale our business. You will manage the Marketing Operations Manager and report to the Head of Marketing.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute demand generation programs to drive conversion rates and velocity of named accounts.
- Generate new MQLs and focus on converting total leads to SQLs through a variety of channels and tactics.
- Use ABM campaigns for Enterprise and SMB accounts,
- Utilize digital advertising (SEM, SEO), nurture programs with content and email marketing,
- Attend and facilitate programs: trade shows and events, webinars, podcasts to support revenue goals. Work with Marketing Ops and Sales Ops to ensure all leads are reported and followed up by the Sales and AM teams.
- Report on campaign performance so we know exactly what’s working, what’s not, and how we can best achieve our New Logo bookings target.
- Colloaborate with Marketing and Sales Operations to get detailed insight into funnel metrics and ROI
- Create a plan to complement existing marketing and sales motions. Create a plan to increase awareness, engagement, reach, frequency and revenue from named accounts.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing and Content Marketing to develop personalized messaging and collateral to target both buyer and influencer personas.
- Analyze, report, and measure the full impact of ABM campaigns' engagement with marketing channels, SDR conversion, meetings booked, pipeline assigned, and revenue generated.
Qualifications
- 6+ years B2B SaaS tech marketing, field marketing, demand gen and/or account-based marketing, experience, min. 2+ yr ABM program management for New Logo acquisition
- Proven experience using Hubspot and ABM tools (e.g. Terminus/6sense)
- Expertise in building and delivering ABM programs on a 1:few and 1:many basis
- Solid understanding of B2B marketing funnel (leads, contacts, ops, sales stages, revenue), lead routing, lead scoring, nurture, digital marketing, and demand generation channels
- Understanding of persona based messaging, nurture programs, value propositions, content mapping, and creative development – ability to identify good copy and creative
- Data-driven leader with strong analytical skills and experience leveraging data from a variety of sources such as Hubspot, Google Analytics, Terminus, Gong, PowerBI, and equivalent to discern patterns, measure multi-touch attribution, and make data informed predictions
- Exceptional communication, written and verbal and cross-functional collaboration with Marketing Ops, Content, Brand, PMM, SDR, and Sales teams
- Incredibly process-oriented and organized, with strong ability to manage time and multiple projects in a fast-paced startup environment – self-starter, detail-oriented, deadline-oriented, organized, resourceful
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience in a startup or scaleup environment
- Professional experience in the Architecture/Engineering/Construction industry
Travel
This position is remote in US Time Zones.
You’ll also get together in person with the marketing team and entire company a few times a year.
