Infuse is a new creator monetization app launched by Fluent, Inc., which gives creators access to exclusive performance-based brands deals. Reporting to the Head of Influencer Strategy, the Creator Success Manager will be responsible for managing a book of business of Infuse social media creators.

This role will be both sales and relationship-focused. You will be responsible for onboarding, coaching and supporting creators to drive the highest converting content to support revenue growth for both creators and the Infuse business. Infuse is headquartered in New York City.

Responsibilities

  • Identify the best-fit creators for each campaign and execute influencer recruitment and onboarding
  • Drive relationships with creators and talent managers across multiple verticals to drive engagement, participation and revenue
  • Identify and conduct 1x1 influencer coaching and training opportunities to drive successful content
  • Guide Creator Recruiter with the creation of the outreach strategy, email templates and communications
  • Cross-sell creators on new campaigns and offers
  • Identify opportunities to increase creator revenue, retention and satisfaction
  • Lead creator education, including the creation of value-adding content (decks, one-pagers, templates, resource library)
  • Support the creation of the creator process workflow
  • Work with Marketing on the planning and executing of live and virtual creator workshops, conferences and events
  • Work closely with Account Management and Sales team to ensure performance aligns with the brand client's KPIs
  • Work closely with Creator Success team to share best practices and identify new opportunities
  • Shoot social media content examples to provide creative inspiration
  • Track creator progress through Hubspot CRM tool
  • Travel as needed (conferences, events, on-sites)

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing/the creator economy
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of creators' needs and how to create compelling performance-driving content
  • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
  • Passion for relationship building with a performance-driven mindset
  • Comfortable learning/leveraging a variety of SaaS platforms (Hubspot, Intercom, influencer discovery tools, Loom, Notion, Asana)
  • Comfort with ambiguity and being part of a startup-like environment
  • Avid social media user and passionate about keeping up with trends on TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram
