What would you do?

The Social Media Manager would work with our Head of Social and team of content editors/designers to strategize and execute on strategies to expand our audience on social media.

In other words. Make great content that gets people excited about Triple Whale.

We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record for success in social media management within a fast-paced, high-growth startup.

Responsibilities

  • Support the ‘Head of Social’ with management of social and influencer driven projects
  • Strategize and execute engaging social media content with an emphasis on platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram. Some engagement/community management on TikTok.
  • Coordinate with designers, editors, and external agencies to create visual assets for social platforms
  • Compile and interpret platform analytics to inform content decisions
  • Proactively brainstorm, communicate and implement emerging trends in the social media space
  • And most importantly, find banger meme templates.

Ideal Candidate

  • 1-4 years of experience in social media management
  • Expertise in social media management; knowledge of how to leverage social media platforms to achieve business goals.
  • Proficient in popular social platforms (Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok)
  • Proficient in Sprout Social
  • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Premiere Pro (enough to create basic memes/edits + communicate ideas to designers and editors for more involved projects)
  • Strong knowledge of social media trends, memes, and pop culture
  • A love for everything social and a willingness to push boundaries and be ahead of the curve
