Are you fierce and hungry with an obsession for all things social? Do you make TikToks in your spare time?

We want to find someone who believes in collaborative work. We need somebody who can hit the ground running, grow and engage with our social media accounts, and understands the exact communities to target for each client. We want applicants with good taste, swag, and personality - you get the deal. This job does not include a lot of training as we are looking for someone who can come in and take action quickly.

Responsibilities:

  • Publish and share daily content that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
  • Strategize, create & edit captivating video content that promotes engagement audiences across social channels
  • Account Growth/Community Management/Engagement
  • Organize giveaways and influencer partnerships
  • Graphic Design & content creation
  • Moderate all UGC in line with the moderation policy for each community
  • Analyze appropriate social data/metrics, insights & best practices for weekly and monthly social reporting. Ability to pivot and use strategy to continuously improve.
  • Copywriting for social media posts

Requirements:

  • Must have 2 devices with access to internet (apple products preferred - iPhone and iPad)
  • Minimum 2 years experience in social media marketing - MUST HAVE social media agency experience
  • Excellent writing, editing, presentation, and communication skills
  • Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
  • Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels
  • Graphic Design/Adobe Suite
  • Positive attitude, detail, and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
  • Fluency in English
  • Photography and Procreate skills a Plus!
  • Preferable: BA in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media, or Public Relations

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types: Commission pay available

Education: Bachelor's
