Gallery Media Group is a rapidly growing digital media company whose mission is to “make positivity louder.” Its three key sectors include:
- Media + Publishing: PureWow, a women’s lifestyle brand; ONE37pm, a men’s lifestyle brand at the intersection of culture, music, NFTs and sports; and a collection of premium podcast shows that includes the GaryVee Audio Experience, Mom Brain, In House with Arielle Charnas, Royally Obsessed and The CMO Podcast with Jim Stengel.
- Social Portfolio: 50+ owned + operated accounts across TikTok, Instagram, Twitter and Pinterest, including running TikTok accounts for brand partners
- Talent and Influencer Arm: Strategy and activations ranging from celebrity partnerships and stunts to year long ambassadorships and campaign work across platforms and categories
The Associate Director, Brand Strategy is responsible for pre-sale ideation, writing and creating presentations to sell cross-platform marketing opportunities across Gallery Media Groups brands and O&O platforms.
- Development of marketing proposals with a focus on creative thinking and innovations, including, but not limited to custom creative/branded content, social and digital media, video, data, strategy, influencer marketing, and events
- Primary point of contact for specific Brand Partnerships categories on all RFP responses (reactive and proactive), pulling together components from research, marketplace insights, and brand marketing into one cohesive response, including concept and pricing
- Support department programs as needed
- Serve as category expert by directing the research to identify media & industry trends and marketplace needs
- Translate marketplace needs into integrated offerings including media across all platforms, sponsorships, and agency offerings
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum of 4-6 years marketing, agency or related-client experience
- Out-of-the-box thinker rooted in what's the now and next in culture
- Strong knowledge of current digital and social landscape, with an emphasis on TikTok and emerging platforms
- Demonstrate excellent strength in editing, writing, conceptualizing and presenting proposals
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
- Entrepreneurial minded with a strong sense of collaboration
In 3 Months You Will...
- Act as an owner, driving all marketing proposals (proactive and reactive) for your categories rooted in a consumer and cultural truths.
- Collaborate with sales partner(s) to develop strategic client initiatives to deliver on their KPIs by leveraging Gallery Media Group capabilities.
- Attend external client/agency meetings, serving as the strategic voice in the room to speak to the rationale behind decisions as well as proactively come up with new solutions.
- Understand all Gallery Media Group processes and platforms, and have the opportunity to proactively come up with new innovative and creative solutions for both internal ways of working and external materials.
