We are looking for a US Influencer Coordinator to join our REN Marketing team!

Location of role: Remote Based - Anywhere in East Coast, USA (EST)

Department: REN Marketing

Reports to: Head of Social, Content & Influencers

That’s why we’re recruiting for a highly motivated US Influencer Coordinator to be an integral part of the Influencer Marketing team in North America. This role will report to the US Influencer Manager, supporting the day-to-day coordination and execution of marketing programs, supporting with relationship-building activities and effective content, events & gifting activations.

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Building brand awareness through growing our network of US Influencers (across all tiers and relevant niches) by identifying key influencers, outreach and onboarding them into our program
  • Assist on mailer strategy in tandem with Global Lead & US Influencer Manager, coordinating the end-to-end process monthly mailer process; from curating target lists through to product ordering
  • Engaging with our network daily through prompt communication– from owned channels to in person meetings
  • Eventing: supporting the US Influencer Manager on execution of US influencer events
  • Handle all administrative duties: from product orders to invoicing
  • Platform Management: ensuring our influencer database is kept up to date, campaigns are built into our platform ahead of time and affiliate partnerships are tracked
  • Affiliates: working with the DTC team & Influencer Manager to drive effective partnerships that deliver a strong return on investment
  • Retailer activations: executing the influencer retail calendar through partnerships and mailers; sharing plans with US Director of Retail Sales
  • Contracts: working with legal to ensure relevant contracts are set up with creators
  • Budget tracking: supporting US Influencer Manager & finance on accurate monthly budget tracking
  • Reporting: weekly and monthly reporting on key KPI’s including brand awareness, affiliates, community growth, share of voice, industry ranking along with key insights
  • Innovation: monitoring industry trends in the market and sharing back to internal stakeholders

What we are looking for:

  • At least 1 year in influencer marketing, preferably in beauty
  • Competent using all social platforms (IG, TikTok, YouTube) and understand how influencers can drive results through each platform
  • A natural relationship builder
  • Events experience
  • Loves to build and maintain relationships with influencers
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Analytics: ability to create learnings from data to improve performance
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with various stakeholders
  • Extreme attention to detail with relentlessly high standards

  • Passion for skincare, beauty and sustainability is desirable
