Position Summary:

Lemon Perfect is looking to hire our first Influencer and Partnerships team member to manage influencer partnerships, podcasts, brand partnerships, affiliate marketing, and more.

Success in this role will come from identifying, managing, and measuring partners. A candidate who takes this role would focus on establishing relationships and making sure partners are clear on contractual obligations and that they deliver positive outcomes for Lemon Perfect.

Lemon Perfect is experiencing exciting and explosive growth, so you must be an organized self-starter who is comfortable in a fast-paced environment. We’re looking for an energetic leader to help set aggressive goals for our influencers and partnerships, push for elite execution, and deliver strong, measurable results.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years managing influencer programs, affiliate programs, brand partnerships, or public/talent relations
  • Superb project management and cross-functional organizational skills
  • Proven track record of forging relationships and partnerships
  • Strong execution mindset; we're moving fast, and there is a lot to do every day. You don't mind getting scrappy and going above and beyond
  • Advanced understanding of metrics and how to track, report, and influence them

Responsibilities

  • Build a strategy to get influencers everywhere drinking Lemon Perfect across all social platforms
  • Incentivize partners and provide them value to deepen their relationship with Lemon Perfect
  • Forge relationships with incredible creators and be their point of contact at Lemon Perfect. Work closely with partner organizations and agencies to increase our reach and represent us at relevant industry events where we can meet more great folks.
  • Align our influencer efforts with broader marketing campaigns and company-wide goals
  • Produce programming and content to help creators maximize in their efforts to help build brand awareness
