About the Role
We are looking for an Account Manager who has a combination of business affairs, deal-making and an established high level network across record labels, music content, entertainment and digital industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for establishing new relationships with incoming business development clients and growing long-term relationships and revenue across music and record label partnerships
- Be an evangelist and ambassador for Pearpop and work closely with our Sales and Business Development team to identify clients that have an opportunity to grow both revenue while establishing a predictable and lasting relationship
- Provide day to day support and strategic solutions for client needs through entire campaign lifecycle from pre, during, and post campaigns
- Own and create campaign proposals, internal and external campaign trackers
- Drive and coordinate post campaign reportings and assist in evaluating campaign performance to determine success and areas of growth
- Ensure excellent external communication and internal coordination to roll-out new campaigns
- Understand and become an expert on Pearpop’s execution process and effectively launch challenges and campaigns
- Cross collaborate with internal Sales/Business Development, Creator, Product, Legal, Project Management, and other relevant teams to ensure all aspects of each deal are addressed and managed properly
- Lead and conduct wrap-up calls as needed to ensure the timely delivery of wrap reports and identify key takeaways, including challenges and solutions for campaigns upon completion
- Provide high touch communication to long-term clients by fostering and maintaining the relationship through month to month revenue growth, sharing updates on new products/ services/offerings, and leading regular in-person client meetings/weekly check-ins
What You Bring to the Table
- 2+ years of experience in business development in the music & entertainment space having worked in account management, business affairs, partnership development or strategic partnerships
- Must have an active understanding of influencer/digital marketing knowledge & social media trends
- A creative and strategic mindset that is eager to be applied to various business development initiatives on any given day
- Proven ability to work autonomously with a proactive mindset, easily adapting to quickly changing priorities
- Strong organizational skills, clear communicator, and attention to detail that thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment
- Passionate, ambitious, resourceful, adaptable, and humble entrepreneurial spirit
- Must be a self starter and creative problem solver
