As a Manager, Partnership Programs on the Developer Relations team you'll be joining a growing organization. You will report to the Head of Community Operations. We ensure the success of developers, creative agencies, and other creators on our platform through a variety of programs. You will support partnerships with multiple teams including Roblox Brand, Music, and Education teams. You will be the voice of the development community by aligning on program goals that create value for both our developers, vertical partners, and other teams.

You Will

  • Support a cross-functional strategy to ensure scalable connection of brand, music, entertainment and education partners to the development and creator community.
  • Increase developer and creator participation with vertical partnerships by proposing and executing on programs and evaluating potential contributors
  • Collaborate with teams across Roblox to produce value-added and impactful onboarding programs for creative agencies and off platform developers
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing and best practice documentation. Including both the development community and our brand/entertainment partners.
  • Advocate for vertical support to be included in content production for existing programs, including brainstorming new channels.
  • Be an additional point of contact for developers and partners who want to learn more about this space.
  • Manage a team

You Have

  • 1+ years experience coaching and developing direct reports
  • 5+ years supporting and growing programs
  • Experience building programs from ideation to implementation for scalability
  • Developed KPI’s to ensure program success
  • Experience working with diverse partners; developer relations, brand and music partnerships, product leads
  • Developed onboarding and training programs for game developers, brand, music, and/or entertainment partners
  • Bachelor’s Degree
