What You'll Do

• Develop art assets for brand marketing, user acquisition, and social media for ongoing and future marketing campaigns
• Work cross-functionally to develop the visual identity for marketing purposes for various game titles by Devsisters
• Conceptualize creative ideas, themes, and visual direction of the game’s marketing strategy based on user insights
• Create rough sketches and explain the concepts to both internal teams and external agencies
• Maintain a pipeline of marketing art materials based on in-game art
• Research and stay informed on specific Devsisters’ brands.

Who You Are

• 3+ years experience as a marketing artist at a video game company or advertising agency
• Capable of developing cutting-edge marketing videos and static art
• Design experience in creating online visual campaigns that deliver high engagement and conversion rates
• Experience working with internal game teams to gather assets for marketing and community creative needs
• Exposure and experience with asset creation for social media platforms and mobile storefronts
• Strong aesthetic sense and conceptual skills, and ability to relate to the emotions of the users while understanding the audience of the game
• Ability to clearly communicate the design processes, ideas, and solutions to the team members and iterate your designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work under tight deadlines
• An avid gamer with deep knowledge of the mobile gaming industry

Requirements

• A strong portfolio of previous work and completed projects
• Expert in illustration and design
• Experience working with 2D art assets in video and still formats
• Expert knowledge of the Adobe CC Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator or related software
