Through our edited assortment of must-have skin care products and educational outreach, we empower graceful aging for women in their 30s, 40s & 50s going through the hormonal changes that accelerate changes in their skin.

Position Overview:

The EVER Director of Marketing will be responsible for developing and leading marketing strategies to achieve long-term growth and profitability for our award-winning clean skincare line. This is a hands-on role in a start-up environment, leading a brand that has recently changed our sales model from direct sales to its sales to Omni-channel, innovating a new approach we call direct to the community. This role will manage external agencies and contractors, as well as grow a small internal team to drive brand growth.

The right person will be customer obsessed and community-centric. This creative and talented individual will partner with external agencies to lead and execute strategies in all areas; branding, PR, growth marketing, social media, e-commerce, CRM/Loyalty, influencer marketing, and promotional activity.

The role reports to the group CEO and should be a self-driven individual that can operate with a high degree of autonomy.

Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy and Management

• Generate compelling brand marketing strategies to drive new customer acquisition and retention.

• Partner with our VP of Sales & Community to activate and grow our passionate group of brand ambassadors in our new direct-to-community sales model.

• Analyze data, new trends, and insights and recommend ideas on improving brand strategies.

• Oversee timeline development & management, logistics support

• Manage budget & partner/vendor process from selection through completion.

• Oversee and plan marketing activations, including but not limited to: product launch activations, loyalty programs, event strategy, campaign collateral

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree, +7 years of professional experience/ Skincare and beauty marketing, direct to consumer and Omni channel a plus.
