Influencer Marketing Manager

From strategy to execution, the Influencer Marketing Manager will enhance our influencer marketing program by sourcing, negotiating with, and managing influencers and content creation as they launch campaigns across a variety of verticals that align with each brand's values.

The ideal candidate is someone that is extremely communicative, who understands the space well, knows how to connect with influencers through a variety of methods, and is willing to bring creative strategies to the table.
Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000 + bonus
Location: US-based, Fully Remote
What you will do:
- Grow Envision Horizons’ influencer marketing program into a key business driver, with measurable impact across reach, impressions, traffic & sales
- Audit existing influencer marketing initiatives and recommend updates to bring it in line with future-state objectives
- Within 3 months, have implemented & rolled out the first stage of program improvements
- Take an extremely proactive approach with identifying new individuals to onboard into the program
- Manage execution of influencer relations for clients including partnership conversations, pricing and scope negotiations
- Effectively develop a wide range of materials such as influencer strategy documents, influencer target lists, briefs, contracts and program recaps
- Establish a measurement & reporting structure to evaluate influencer impact on brands/products featured
- Create processes for collaboration with Marketing and Client Service team members
- Build relationships with Publishers and other influencers that are part of the Amazon Affiliate Program
What you bring to the table:
- 2-3 years experience in working in influencer marketing, public relations or social media management
- Experience working in the early stages of an influencer marketing program, with the ability build new processes from the ground up
- Passionate self-starter who is able to move quickly to implement ideas
- Strong understanding and passion for social media trends
- Knowledge of social media publishing and analytics platforms
- Polished and professional demeanor
- Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail
- Great time management skills
- A team player who can work independently
- BA/BS degree or experience equivalent
