Social Media Associate - Tommy Hilfiger
Pay Range: $60,500 - $82,000
PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills. The Social Media Associate will be part of the Marketing team. The person will support the Social Media and Influencer Marketing Team with day-to-day needs, bringing a strong creative perspective and fluency in Social Media to ideate campaigns and activations to drive the Tommy Hilfiger business and elevate the brand.
Responsibilities
- Support with the day to day Social Media and Influencer Marketing needs, including content and community activation strategy, development of creative briefs, content management and activation, and any additional collateral to support campaigns
- Stay informed of trends, new platforms, and conversation on Social Media to strategize and collaborate on creative, consumer-first ideas that drive brand heat and business impact, thinking about both strategic value and creative integrity of these ideas for the Tommy Hilfiger brand
- Identify unexpected and insightful creative solutions and extract fresh thinking and solutions, drawing from a strong creative vision and understanding of the community and culture on Social Media, working in partnership with Influencer Marketing
- Responsible for requesting, compiling, and helping to analyze campaign and competitive data in collaboration with cross-functional teams and external partners
- Connect Social Media functions with other Marketing tactics to build 360 consumer journeys and measurement
- Proactively monitor and track online and social media posts from campaigns, partners, and influencers
- Support eCommerce team with building product assortments for social media and influencer campaigns
- Provide administrative support on budgets, vendors, and invoicing related to Social Media
- Responsible for tracking invoices related to Social Media and Influencer Marketing
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3-4+ years of related experience, preferably within social media
- Deeply passionate about Social Media and content, with a fluency in all mainstream and emerging social media platforms including but not limited to TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Twitch
- Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs/dealing with ambiguity
- Ability to see effects of decision prior to implementing
- Proactive approach – ability to anticipate future actions that may be required
- Ability to think strategically and creatively
- Ability to multi-task
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Strong project management/time management skills
- PC Skills, including MS Office, and MS Outlook
- MAC experience, a plus
- Must be able to think strategically and see the big picture while knowing how to execute it tactically
- Ability to handle multiple tasks/projects with adherence to deadlines and budgets
- Must be able to work both as a team member and independently
- Must be flexible to adapt to shifting priorities
- Ability to work in fluid environment with changing priorities required
