ABOUT THE JOB

As a Talent Manager for a world-famous talent & influencer agency, you’ll be able to manage a varied roster of digital, influencer & social media talents. In this role you’ll be able to show your keen eye for talent and trends within the influencer/social media space, in order to maximise opportunities for your talent by exploring new digital avenues.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identifying new digital talent/influencers to add to the agency’s roster
  • Producing effective pitches to ensure successful partnerships and collaborations with new talents, clients & businesses.
  • Leading the management of your talents’ calendars, ensuring an efficient administration of tasks
  • Managing the effective running of brand partnerships, proactive outreach & general administration

MAIN REQUIREMENTS

  • 2+ years’ experience in the digital/influencer/talent industries
  • Excellent verbal, written and communication skills
  • Self-starter who is able to manage multiple projects and talent simultaneously
