J.P. Morgan Payments- Influencer and Engagement Marketing, Speakers Bureau and Content Associate

The Influencer and Engagement Marketing team plays a critical role in bringing our expertise and client stories to life through events, content and industry influencers.
The Sr. Associate will be supporting the team in developing thought leadership engagement, highlighting and strengthening our speaker positioning at industry and client events. This Sr. Associate will also conceptualize, writing and editing content for a variety of digital platforms. This will include websites, video and email marketing campaigns. In this role the Sr. Associate will support key business priorities, marketing strategy and shape how we tell our story in an engaging, differentiated way.
Responsibilities
- Lead research, planning and speaker clearance and proposal submissions for J.P. Morgan Payments industry and third-party conference speaking engagements Research and recommend new ideas based on competitive reviews, social listening, industry trends, customer experience research and performance metrics.
- Create engaging thought leadership topics, session content and messaging to drive engagement, brand awareness and action.
- Organize and prioritize content project requests, including creating project plans and timelines.
- Work with internal partners (writers, designers and campaign managers), business stakeholders and subject matter experts to develop thought leadership content and sales enablement materials that highlight our unique differentiators and strengthens our positioning.
- Lead content preparation calls with speakers, internal and external partners to ensure deliverables meet the content and messaging goals for the event.
- Work with social media team to plan and schedule organic social media to amplify our events and messaging.
- Maintain talking points database and keep a pulse on the latest trends and solutions.
- Ensure content adheres to control, audit, legal and compliance requirements.
- Project manage workload, track and report progress, deliver against deadlines.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of professional experience in event marketing with focus on financial services, business, technology a plus.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills as well as ability to build collaborative relationships and effectively partner across teams, functions and levels.
- Able to gather, interpret and incorporate feedback from stakeholders, both written and verbal.
- Proven end-to-end project management with the ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment - equally comfortable working independently and as a team member.
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); Project Management tools (SharePoint, Workfront).
