ABOUT YOU:

  • We’re looking for a Content Creator/Manager with a strong eye for design to help maintain and evolve the strategy and style across various channels. You’re creative, scrappy, a self-starter, and passionate about content that drives results.
  • The ideal candidate will have a knack for engaging audiences, developing user experiences that communicate the right message to the right person at the right time, and is a true storyteller who knows how to source and leverage different forms of content.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create, edit, and manage the production of digital content that is consistent with the organization's brand, style, and tone. Includes: website, landing pages, blogs, email campaigns (sales, newsletters, product updates), white papers, flyers, infographics, webinar presentation slides, videos (product, customer, ads), social media, and PR
  • Lead creation of regular video content to be marketed via all inbound channels (social, email, blog, landing pages, etc.)
  • Create marketing/product emails
  • Maintain and evolve content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term marketing targets
  • Build and manage an editorial calendar, including video that attracts a qualified audience
  • Evolve and manage positioning and messaging across all channels
  • Project manage and be the main driver of content initiatives
  • Collaborate with freelancers, marketing, sales, and product
  • Optimize content according to SEO best practices, including keyword research
  • Manage/contribute to experiments that help drive results and learning
  • Highly accountable with the ability to handle multiple projects, manage competing priorities and workflows

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3+ years of work experience, ideally in a product marketing, design, content, or copywriting role at a technology company
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Demonstrated ability to grow awareness (traffic) and engagement (conversions)
  • Experience with WordPress
  • Ability to lead projects end-to-end and with a cross-functional team
  • Software knowledge: Canva, Video editor, Adobe creative suite (Premier, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.), Microsoft Office or Google Suite
  • BS degree in Marketing or a relevant field

Strong preference if you have any experience with:

  • UI/UX
  • Video editing/creation, including drag and drop (Loom, Canva, etc.)
  • Copywriting
  • Website Redesign
  • Rebranding
  • Marketing automation software (HubSpot, Pardot, etc.)
  • SEO best practices
  • Marketing experiments
