What will you do as a Partnerships Associate?
- Manage operational and administrative process for the Partnership program, supporting Customer Success Manager, Partnerships Manager, and Team Lead.
- Manage coordination and transition from Partnership conversation to campaign engagement.
- Provide support for colleagues pursuing leads, opportunities, and pitches to current and potential partners.
- Create excellent client relations and communicate with partners to provide necessary deliverables such as contracts, presentation decks, etc.
- Manage data entry to database systems and generate reports from those databases.
- Suggest improvements on overall Partnerships Processes.
You may be fit for this role with:
- 2-4 years of professional experience in an agency or ad-tech environment in digital marketing, business development, or sales.
- Proficiency in Google Drive (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Forms and Slides).
- A passion about providing excellent service to internal and external customers.
- Clear and effective communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with your team to solve complex issues and come to the table with solutions.
- A strong eye for details and are able to multi-task and handle problems quickly and efficiently.
- Nice to Have: MediaMath experience around Pricing, Costs, and Impressions.
